Organisations and corporations are good at what they do as a core business. A critical activity for most large organisations is the desire to sell more. They tend not to be specialists at making that happen.

In conjunction with our clients we design a training program that works from the telephone contact to the major account management. In a very simple and powerful process excellent sales practices that are already taking place in the organisation are observed and mapped. These behaviours are then examined and validated by observation undertaken by the sales managers.

What results is a template that can be used to spread the observed and validated sales behaviours across the entire company.

These behaviours have two special features. Firstly they are measurable - it is possible to observe and therefore check to see they are happening - and secondly they are now able to be used by managers to create a benchmark for success. The sales environments in which this can be done are wide and vary from financial services to heart valve amnufacturers.
