Together with business futurist Craig Rispin, Iven co-authored “High Tech – High Touch Selling” and was a contributor to Allan Pease’s number one best seller “Body Language”, Pease. Iven has been featured on the Business Skills pay per view education network and has presented the sales and marketing subjects for Deakin University’s distance learning program.
